  • DVD PRODUCTION and REFUND POLICY

    ShowDogVideoPros.com makes every reasonable effort to ship orders the next business day (note that for orders placed on a Sat, Sun or holiday, the next day will be Mon-Fri). If your order is placed in advance of a show, or during a show (a so-called "PRE" order) then shipment will be as soon as the DVDs are produced.

    ***IMPORTANT*** ShowDogVideoPros.com makes every effort to produce your dog show and show dog DVDs within 7 - 10 calendar working days following an event. However, at certain show seasons (e.g. the Fall of the year) additional production time may be required.

    For orders placed, but NOT yet shipped, you may cancel your order at any time and receive a full refund. For orders that have already shipped, you may return the DVD package UN-OPENED for a refund of the price of the DVD order less shipping and handling expenses. ShowDogVideoPros.com will refund the purchase price ONLY upon receipt of the UN-OPENED DVD package.

    ShowDogVideoPros.com uses nothing but the highest quality DVD media and products. Occasionally, a DVD will become un-readable, or will skip. If for any reason our DVDs cannot be viewed, we will replace that disk for a $5.00 charge. Shipping will be by US First Class Mail.

    ShowDogVideoPros.com reserves the right to change its payment, return and refund policies at any time without prior notice to you. Any changes to these policies will be posted on our website.



  • Shipping & Delivery

  • At this time, ShowDogVideoPros.com ships merchandise to locations within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands by First Class Mail, or by carrier (Fedex or UPS). Applicable shipping and handling fees will be charged as indicated at the time of purchase.

    ***IMPORTANT*** The risk of loss for all merchandise ordered on this Web site passes to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier (US Postal Service, Fedex or UPS) at South Berwick, Maine, USA. If merchandise is lost in transit, and upon notification by purchaser, ShowDogVideoPros.com will send a replacement shipment at the duplication cost of $5.00 per DVD, plus applicable shipping and handling fees. In the alternative, either ShowDogVideoPros.com or purchaser may decide to cancel the order. If upon agreement the order is canceled, the difference between the actual purchase price and the replacement price ($5.00 per DVD plus shipping and handling fees) will be refunded.

    Additionally, ShowDogVideoPros.com ships merchandise to Canada and Mexico at domestic US shipping and handling rates, but for other International destinations, additional fees will apply. Please contact ibkmd@showdogvideopros.com for custom shipping cost quotations to International destinations outside of North America.

  • Customs and import duties may be applied to International orders when the shipment reaches its destination. Such charges are the responsibility of the recipient of your order and vary from country to country. Contact your local customs office for details.

    Shipping laws are different in each country. It is your responsibility to check with your Customs office to verify whether the country to which you are shipping permits the shipment of your products. ShowDogVideoPros.com is not responsible for any direct, indirect, punitive, or consequential damages that arise from improper international shipping practices.
